Hazard Lights Flash Early Mornings

2007 Tundra Limited Crewmax

6" Lift 35x12.50x20 Wheels and Tires, Flowmaster Exhaust

My emergency lights have been flashing when I wake up in the morning around 0430. When I unlock and re-lock the truck, the lights sometimes stop. I hit the hazard button inside the truck but that never works. It does not do it during the day. I pulled the 15 amp fuse under the hood so it will not kill my battery. That stops my blinkers and hazards from working. Has anyone ran into this issue before? This has been going on for about a month now.
