A video would help us to know exactly what you're experiencing. If you upload it to youtube you can just copy the URL and paste here.

I'm not likely going to have any info to help (i'm no mechanic), but I have questions for clarification that might help others help you.

The title of the thread makes me think this is only occurring when the truck is in 4 wheel drive; is this correct, or is it happening all the time?

Have there been any significant/recent events that could have harmed the truck?

    Was it in an accident?

Did it get banged around off road?

    Was it jumped?

    Was it overloaded?

All 4 wheels are moving both up and down and in and out like loose bearing ? Video would help. It doesn't make sense in my head.

It does it in two wheel drive also just when you jack it up and put it in 4-wheel drive you can see the front wheels do it also it was overloaded a little bit with camping gear and Generator and stuck in the sand on Lookout Island North Carolina with a pop-up camper behind it and I did run off of a ledge of about 2 foot high on the beach one night doing about 25 miles per hour and it's not the bearings the wheels have no movement to them by hand so no loose bearings and no bearing noise

Don't have any videos right now will try to take some soon and post them have an appointment to a friend's garage next Friday to get wheels rebalanced and rotated and let them see what they think the issue is at first I thought it was the tires but I have put new tires on it that's when I jacked it up and noticed all four do the same thing and the drive shaft goes up and down

I'm hoping maybe replacing front hub and bearing assemblies and rear axle shafts and bearings will take care of my problems hopefully and I do have a new Iron Man 3 and 1/2 inch suspension lift to go on it leaf springs and all

I still don't get how all 4 wheels doing that. Maybe take a flat ruler to the drive shaft to see anything is bent.

The death wobble I experienced was after hitting a bump, i.e. railroad tracks or bridge deck. It wasn't an all the time deal. It was pretty terrifying though, the first time I felt it at 75mph on the freeway in Idaho.

    1. Please post a video so we can see what you’re talking about.

    2. I wouldn’t spend another dollar “fixing” stuff until I know the extent of what is wrong. This may be an insurance claim and a total loss.

If the drive shaft is going up and down, it’s probably bent. It shouldn’t do that.

It's still drivable just irritating as hell and will probably start wearing stuff out even quicker like bearings and U-joints

Then you could have kinked your frame, bent an an axle, or tweaked another component that is causing it to be misaligned or out of balance.

I don't think balancing wheels is going to do anything for you. I'd start by checking everything to see what's still true and what's bent, from frame to axles to rims.

    Good luck.

WOW!!! Sounds like you mess it up really bad. Bent all sorts of stuff and damaged other things along the way. Take it to a dealer or a good shop so you can get a complete list of what you damaged that way you will not be guessing.
