    Has anyone had a problem with long cranktime before engine turns over and starts? I may have the answer

    Only when the emmobilizer gets pissy.

    Remove the key and insert it back in, the opposite position and it starts right up.

    Correct, im sitting at a toyo dlr waiting for them to flash my ecu to recalculate the ALC for a flex fuel vehicle.

    What year is your tundra?, reflashing of the ECM on 2009 thru 2019 is a must. There is a TSB out on this issue

    I did the reflash and now its going into a fuel pimp replacement. Not necessary need a replacement if the reflash takes, if not a pump replacement and reflash together is due. This is about $1500 to complete by toyota.

    A diagnostic is about $99 and just a reflash of the ecm is about $172
