H11 LED Fogs Stopped working

Hi guys I really need your help... I was trying to do an LED conversion for headlights and fog lights. The headlight conversion to LED bulbs went just fine and they work fine now ,however, when I replace the fog lights with LED H11 bulbs they worked for about a week, now they don't work and the Amber indicators do not work when I turn on the headlights I tried replacing the LED H11 fog lights with the original bulb and the originals do not work now, I checked all fuses and they're good. Also usually the LED strip lights under the headlights would get dimmer when in park... That no longer happens....HELP!! 2017 XSPX
