Because if the washer is still flapping around then there is some wiggle room so needs to be tightened more my problem was when I was tightening it the bolt would hit the bottom liner and wouldn't torque more so I would move the liner around to make sure the liner is not stopping my bolt from tightening hope this helps

Finally got around to putting these covers on and I'm pretty stoked. They went on easy, but I was more impressed with how well these things were packed and shipped. @EC1 and his crew definitely took their time to get it right the first time.

Got it. Sounds like we both had issues with the same bolt, but different scenarios. I just snugged mine until the washers were tight. I can still see there is more room to tighten it down, but I don't want to put any stress on the bumper cover. It should be fine.

These kick ass! Installed the rear this am. Working on the front now.
No more rear dented bumper! Gawd I’ve been waiting almost a year to fix that stupid dent!

Fronts are done. I added quite a bit more 3M tape in hopes of never having to worry about them peeling up.

Any idea on the status of order 5729? I'm not in a hurry for them but I'd like to know a general idea of status. UPS is not showing any record of my tracking number now. Lovin everyones pictures of there installs and I'm getting a little excited to get mine.

Installed the front bumper end cap covers on the weekend. Overall not difficult although smaller hands would make the sensor re & re much easier. Had to delay installation of the rear since the passenger side did not line up with the sensor which EC1 advised me post-ordering and shipped a replacement (to be rec'd). Hahaha, ain't that the truth. Getting some big hands in there was a test of patience.

I'm thinking that I may grab some paintable end caps to go with my TPO. It's a cheap and easy way to change the look of the truck dramatically.

Yeah I think those are gonna wait until tires need to be replaced. Or I might just have the wheels powder coated.

Attitude Black and Super White should be painted today and tomorrow! And all of those should be shipped out by Wednesday at the latest. Things are grinding along a little slower than we had planned. You guys have been so patient, which is awesome because it lets us make sure that we are taking time to make sure we get everything right. That's not necessarily an excuse for taking longer and we are all pulling extra shifts to get these out as soon as we can.

If someone got the TPOs to put on a white truck I'd appreciate a couple photos after the install. I'm trying to decide on black or white once these are available for sale to those of us that missed the group buy. Thanks!

Most, If not all of them should be shipped out today. It might get a little tight at the end of the day since we're still nibbing and polishing those, but the goal is to get them all out.
