Thinking of putting the black TRD Pro grille on my ride but keeping the hood bulge as is. Looking for feedback. Want to tone down the chrome especially with the nerf bars(chrome) 9A458AF5-92BC-4F90-B0AD-7F9BC80A4257.jpg I’m putting on.

Do it. I think it really adds an aggressive look to the front end

That’s tight. I’m sold on the look. Just what I’m looking for to compliment the bulge with a little bling.

SAS......got it off eBay along with the tundra door badge overlay. Search for Tundra grill wrap kit. Was $20.

I also added amber lights to the grill. They compliment the amber DTR's. I like to refer to it as a SR5 Pro with a bit of Toyotatude. ;)20180617_182224.jpg

We’re you able to order just the insert or did you end up ordering the whole part and taking the insert out?

@Fully863, I got an insert from another member on the forum, @Erichudgins. Don't know if he has any other inserts. My son and I swapped it out on Fathers day, not to big a project.

Ive heard a few guys have purchased them and said they were close to oem but not exact and the plastic was not as thick but fitment was ok... There is a thread on here that someone is selling them.
If your going to end up wanting your surround and hood buldge paint matched I would just contact @Roman or go on his oem parts thread and get the cement trd grille bundle.
You will also have to relocate your TSS radar sensor. I can help you there
