Grill Replacement

I've got a 2018 black 1794 Tundra that had the chrome grill. I purchased the paint matched grill (53101-0C041-C0), but I've learned that goes to the TRD and doesn't have a sensor. The Toyota emblem sensor not only broke but it doesn't fit the grill cutout. Yes I know that emblem cost $500.

Anyone run into this before? I'd like a paint matched grill, but not sure if there is one made.
