Grab strap vs. Handle

Anyone installed a grab strap instead of a handle on drivers side. I am short and like not looking around the handle, but sure could use something besides the steering wheel to grab.

 

It will likely cost the same to do so, boy that price was the topic...I'd be curious to see how it looked...

 

I've seen paracord versions before. Definitely wasn't my cup of tea but to each their own.
