Got the second key, but only the fob, no mechanical metal key

My Tundra was delivered in December 2022 with one set of car key(include 1 fob and one mechanical ket), no second metal key. This month we got the second smart key form TOYOTA, just the fob but no mechanical key came with it. We asked why give owner the smart key only, Toyota people said that the second mechanical ket has been given together with the first car key on delivery of the car. A friend of mine had the same issue but TOYOTA insist saying that they have given the second mechanical key to the car owners on delivery of the truck.

What about other Tundra owner's situation? Is there anybody have the same issue?
