Google wont work

I need some help please. When I have my Phone (Samsung Note 8) connected to Bluetooth, Google will not respond. Ex: Hey Google... Nothing. Turn off Bluetooth... Hey Google then it will reply...

Is there a setting or is the Entune system not compatible?

Try setting the source of the audio in the truck to Bluetooth and give it another shot. I have a feeling it is responding but it's trying to pipe the audio through your truck.

 

99% sure that's whats going on. You can also configure the phone to direct audio output to itself rather than over bluetooth.

 

I believe you have to use the call receive button on steering wheel , there is no auto listen for commands like hey google.

Once you press and hold call receive button the google assistant wakes up
