    Price is: Gone!

Everything works. We just finished, as being documented on my other thread, a three week trip around the country, and we are starting a new chapter in our lives. It has been a great camper for the time we used it, and we did for two or three seasons. There are no leaks in here, and it has been winterized every winter and then de-winterized when we knew it would not be cold anymore.

Basically all you need are your dishes, clothes, food, and linens. Below is a list of everything included:

    3 water pressure gauges

    2 food grade hoses

    1 black tank hose

    2 rhino sewage lines

    Sewer stand

    Storage bags for hoses

    Hitch and sway bars

    Outdoor shower nozzle

Gas grill and table (never been used)

5 handmade stabilizer blocks (you can see these on one of the pictures)

    4 tire chocks

    1 case of leveling blocks

Manual crank and the drill attachment for the stabilizers

Full tank of propane (system never used because electric was easier)

1 propane gauge to see if it is full or not (used it on our first camper, but never needed to on this one!)

Great brakes and tires which are the upgraded ones so they don't explode

Bearings just repacked in May pre-trip

Pre-wired for a back up camera

Under 4,000 pounds dry (used to pull this with my 2010 Tundra and if I am remembering, one of my first pictures posted was with this camper and my Tundra.)

    Electric and gas water heater

Just replaced the hot water tank (which is also documented on this website)

    TV and remote

    Microwave and oven combo

Solar panel for off grid for a day or so: powers a few lights and the refrigerator

    Electric fridge

The awning was used, if I remember, twice. Never left open for long, and never left open in wind.

The A/C uses an automatic switch, like the house. So it does not run all the time. It gets to the temp you want and shuts off till it needs to kick back on. Better than our first one that when you set it, it just ran all the time.

    Title is in hand.
