I’ll be installing a 3” suspension lift on my 2020 CM over Memorial Day Weekend. The lift consist of MCM Fab Upper Control Arms, ADS Adjustable 2.5 Remote Reservoir shocks w/ 700lb Coil Over Springs for the front, Deaver U748 Rear Spring packs w/ an add a leaf, ADS Adjustable 2.5 Remote Reservoir shocks for the rear, MCM Fab shackles and DuraBumps bump stops for all four corners. How long should this take, I’m mechanically inclined and have installed lifts before. Any advice, suggestions, tips or anything I should look out for? Please let me know if I’m missing anything or needing. Thanks you guys!

No tips but good luck! What are the details on your wheel/tire combo? Arr you planning on a BMC or having any rubbing? I will be doing the same soon and want to run 35's without a BMC or tire rub if possible. Thanks!

I have a 2020 CM and just did my Deavers a few weeks ago. I had a shop do my front a while back, but for the Deavers, just be sure to have a jack ready to raise/lower the rear axle a little bit at a time to get things to fit right. Recommend looking around for the tsm (I don't have it handy, but I found it somewhere on here) as the method for disassembly and reassembly in there worked the best for me.

Also, be careful/have a helper ready when it's time to install the Deavers. They're heavy and a bit of a pain to get in and out of position. The rear ABS/wheel speed sensor wires run along the top of the rear axle tube and I lost grip and let the leaf pack roll over and crush the wire.

Other than that, I'd recommend you start soaking shock bolts, ubolts and spring/shackle bolts now with PB Blaster. Our trucks are new enough that you shouldn't have to worry too much about rust, but it definitely helps lubricate the threads and just makes things a little bit easier on your tools/elbow joints.

If I think of anything else I'll let you know.
