He may reuse the gaskets on the harrop side.

I'd like to, but probably not. Trying to schedule that is something I'm not willing to add to my juggling act right now. I'm getting them to have a stealthy way to add water/meth or nitrous in the future, and will give me more room underneath to move the vacuum block and possibly the fuel pressure reg under/behind the blower to clean up the engine bay a bit.

The gasket on the bottom of the spacer will seal against the heads, the gasket on the bottom of the supercharger seals to the spacer...I should be able to reuse the supercharger gasket...I hope.

It would be a good time to insulate the bottom of the blower while you’re at it too. Between the 2 I’m sure it would really help lower the IATs.

Yep, I already have some material from fiinterchillers.com just for that, it's going on at the same time. I'm also changing my spark plugs and rerouting the coolant to delete the towing oil cooler so I can install an air-cooled solution.

Awesome, can’t wait to hear the difference you see. How does getting the spacers in aluminum affect the price?

I got them for $409 shipped, but they gave me a discount since I've been bugging them about it for a while. I don't think there is much of a difference going to aluminum, but anodizing will add to the cost.

Nice! Wonder if @e30cabrio still has that aquamist setup for sale? It'll be perfect for mulit nozzle injection for water/methanol.

I have these in my notes, but you still might want to check with a dealer as your truck is newer than mine.
    Left: Denso 234-4260
    Right: Denso 234-4624

    A/F sensor:
    Denso 234-9026 Same for L & R

Edit: These look like Toyota numbers.

Rock auto lists a different part number than my 2007. This is for a 2017 5.7.

Unsure if they've updated thru the years, but I'm pretty sure my Harrop was machined for o-ring type seals instead of an intake manifold gasket.

The stock Tundra intake gaskets are essentially a series of linked o-rings, which are reused/reusable.

Never read the Harrop install guide. So got a little info for myself.

Well and the good news is that 93 octane gas at Costco is $3.00 where everywhere else is $3.90 so I can save me almost a dollar for each gallon on my 38 tank :) So I don't feel that bad about the price I pay for fun.

Whatever this forum told me to do
    ahh...Costco.

    My favorite.

    it's:
    93 octane
    cheap
    top tier gas
    high volume (fresh)

sidebar - as mentioned many moons ago...
Alex Pietz of Pietz Performance says Costco is good to go.
they have a Costco not far from the shop & Costco gas performs reliably and consistently in all the cars he tunes. (mostly corvettes)

Thanks for finding this link, ordered a few hours ago and it's already shipped. I will have it on hand when I plan on pulling the supercharger to upgrade injectors (don't know that this is entirely necessary, but it will be now!). Install 76mm pulley and get a tune from @snivilous. It will also allow me to pull that stupid plug using some heat for the boost gauge that is right next to the fuel rail.

More boost and cooler boost, I notice a significant difference when it's 100* vs when it's 80* in hp to the ground, this hopefully will help.

My experience has been if I try to find something cheaper that is not materially the same I end up with junk. I have dealt with CSP before & the spec is the same so figured it was ok.

Glad to have helped, mine shipped too!
