Not that I could tell, had to run home quick after. Will go out again later to test it out by turning the wheels all the way on either side.

Thank you! Very helpful. Is it safe to assume that any OEM Tundra wheels/tire combo will work on any model trim?

When we talk about these tire sizes would it be the same for a TRD Sport 4x2? I know this model comes lowered by an inch so would this affect what the majority are showing here? I'm interested in beefier tires without any lift or rubbing. Any Sport owners that could chime in and clear this up would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have seen several on here running a 295/60/20 on a sport with no rub.

I’ll get some side pics this afternoon. I’m not sure how I feel about it yet. I originally planned to powder coat the wheels but I may leave them.

Good luck. Mine was supposed to be in on July 26th at the latest. They told me yesterday it’s stuck in port in San Diego waiting to get on a train and that a lot Tundras are delayed.

Unless I can be convinced to go bigger, I’m probably going to just do 275/70/R18 with 18x9 wheel, 12-18 offset. That should get me just a tad over 33” and comfortably avoid rubbing.

@jmay86 Could you take a pic down the side of your truck to show the tire poke? I've got the same exact wheels(Thanks @SantanaRealtruck) coming in tomorrow but black in color and just curious as to what it's going to look like when all done.

Here you go... This was before the lift, so the gap to the wheel well is off, but you get the idea for poke still...

300 miles on the truck and the stock tires and wheels had to go.

Now to get rid of the awful chrome and that moustache...

    Westcott for now, w/ 35's.

Did anyone running 35x12.5 end up finding a comparable sized tire for the 18x7 spare? Not in the position to spring for another wheel and 35 right this second, but would like to get something on that spare in case of an emergency in the mean time...

Is that the long bed? Looks like but hard to tell from that angle. I have a midnight black CMLB on the way.

Was a long wait! I "ordered" a Lunar Rock in December and never got an eta. Had to settle for a black one. Truck is a beauty.

I think a 295/70 or a 285/75 is probably the way to go and the widest tire you may be able to convince a shop to put on that spare wheel.

295/70r18 in the same tire Toyo OC AT3 Load E is your best bet and is allowed to be mounted on a 7" wide wheel. Diameter wise they are very close only off by 1/4" when mounted and aired up. With weight of the truck on them you're pretty much spot on.

Mounted the 35s come in at 34 1/2"
Mounted the 295/70 come in at 34 1/4"

When you put the weight of the truck on them they're both right at 34". Since your spare is a Load E, It's a bit stiffer so diameter wise is perfect. Fits underneath with no modifications needed either.

    Left - 35x12.5r18
    Right - 295/70r18
