i just got my second tundra- my first was an 06 that had over 310k miles on it.
i loved that truck but wanted something to last me into my retirement years as i hit 40 :)
anywho- got a 2019 plat for a steal- under 30 OTD. but i hate the grilles on these things.
i found some really tough looking inserts on ebay and wanted to try one out but all of them are 2010-2013. i didnt realize there was such a difference in the second gens that the grilles wouldnt swap?
i have searched and searched for info on is it even possible to put 10-13 grill on a 2019 but came up with didly. found some posts of guys painting their emblems, modifying other years to fit or get TRD Pro grilles but nothing else.
i hate the yoda bubble and i hate the yoda words even more- i just want a blank slate. is this possible without major modifications or am i just wishful thinking here? below is an example of the grill im looking at:

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/314261332259

ps- i also contacted the ebay seller and they kept telling me the issue was the TSS- which i know i can relocate- if thats the only issue ill jump on this and try it out- if its actual connections and dims- thats a different story

No it will not fit. The entire front end of the 14-21 is different than the 07-13.

It will not fit. To start with, the body lines and shapes are different.

Not a link like you want but it's still a side by side. You can tell they're different.

The biggest difference is of course shape but also something to consider is what happens when you open the hood. The grill is mounted to the truck on 2014-21 where the grill is mounted to the hood on 07-13.

Depending on how custom you want to go this is nothing that can't be overcome. This thread is the opposite of what you are trying to do but here is a modification of a 2.5 gen grille on to a 2nd gen. https://www.tundras.com/threads/custom-2-2-5-gen-grille.105474/#post-2712496

Immediate thoughts on that is the 2.5 gen grille is a good bit bigger so unless you got a way to stretch the grille it is going to be difficult.

If that grille you linked in the first post is the one you like here is I believe the same one for the 2014-17 trucks. This would fit your truck but you still have the problem of the front TSS sensors. I don't have anyway to fit that part of it.
