My current tundra came with a BAK roll up cover...aside from the rickety latching mechanism, I’m really happy with it.

For my incoming truck I’m researching other options...searching here about Retrax, Pace-Edwards, TCUSA.

Then I stumbled on this...Gator Recoil. Made in USA with 2 yr warranty for $836.

Anybody have experience with this one? Seems to function much like those costing double.

Things I prefer in a cover:
    - roll type (manual, non-powered)
    - no external lock
    - latching partial closure

My only reservation is that canister up front...will occasionally be loading dirt bikes (typically use a trailer), but perhaps can make a 2x4 chock system I can throw in, but that would push the bike back in an already short bed.
