I have a 2013 Tundra and am the second owner (2018). All maintenance is current by a private auto repair shop. My mechanic is recommending the BG 4X4 service. ( he previously talked me into it after purchasing the truck.) I have about 91k miles on the truck. I rarely use 4 wheel drive and I don't tow a trailer of any kind. Is the use of BG fluids overkill? The maintence schedule only recommends a change in fluid if vehicle is driven on dirt or dusty roads. 95% of my driving is on paved roads. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or insights.
