My dad was cleaning out the Tundra we use on our farm. Getting it ready to get smog check. He said he was using the air compressor to blow dust in and around the fuse box. When he tried to start it. Nothing. No crank. No sound. The lights on the dash are blinking. The hi and lo 4 light blink when I try to start it. A/c knobs and functions not working but radio is.

Check the fuse box. Pulled the starter relay out tested it. Functions. Plug meter in ground side of where the relay plugs in on the fuse box. No reading. But there were readings on the the positive side. We put power into the ground side, starter and engine cranked but did not start. I tested the fuses from the top and no reading like they were blown. Pulled the fuses out one by one. They showed no signs of being burnt, soooooo this where I'm at. Anyone there have a clue. The battery is new, just got it at Costco. And for reference our tundra is a 2012 5.7l 4x4
