2011 Tundra Platinum

previous owner installed JBL speakers in the front doors. that's the only mod I know of.

When I first got my Tundra I could fold the mirrors and adjust the telescopic steering column when the truck was off. I haven't been able to do that for quite a while. Also, the backlighting on the mirror buttons doesn't work. The only mod ever done that I know of was the previous owner had aftermarket speakers installed in the front doors.
My question is; are the mirrors and telescopic steering column on a relay or fuse? How do I get these things working again?
