B8A99C5C-4456-4417-9F16-AEC0305C9BE4.jpg I am a recent tundra owner. Purchased a 2006 tundra Limited. I took it in today because the check engine light came on. They found that this fuel lines has a good sized hole in it from rodents chewing. I think this is what regulates pressure to tell the pump to stop. The Toyota dealership claims I need to replace the entire gas tank, and I’d really rather not pay that. Anyone have bright ideas on how to patch this hole myself? Keep in mind I’m not mechanic. Thanks in advance for any tips

Thank for the ideas! I ended up using barricade fuel rated hose, cut both ends of the damaged pipe clean and fit the new hose over existing ends with fuel rated adhesive and key turn band clamps. I think it turned out alright! Guess we’ll find out sooner or later haha
