Fuel pump key ingintion issue

2016 toyota tundra sr5 4x4 crewmax

When I pulled the fuel pump relay, I have power to fuel pump, but no power ignition.If I put the relay back in, I have power dignition, but no power at the fuel pump.Can anybody please help me
