I just went and filled up my 38 gal tank because it was sitting at 1/8 tank. The pump stopped at 24 gals and the gauge shows full. That doesn't add up to me. Anyone else feel that it doesn't add up?

Yeah its a pretty well known thing. My 2010 Tundra would go 40 miles past "0" and this 2020 Tundra with the 38 gallon tank does the same as you described. The gauge just really isnt accurate.

okay thanks. This is the first time I’ve had this issue. It was pretty accurate all of the other times I've filled up.

There are several gallons left when the gauge goes to E. Like six. All Toyotas are like that. The Tacoma has four gallons left.
