    2010 Toyota tundra sr5 double cab with 270k, been in northern Ontario so sees winter and a lot of salt been undercoated every year, spruce mica green,

    Been looking into leveling out the truck not sure if I go with a 2” puck or get some kind of full strut, or based off the photos could it be worth redoing the frount end it looks bad but nothings seems broken to me or performs bad just seems to be a lot of rust and etc

    Spend on cleaning and restoration first. Better use of $$$

    Start cleaning all that road grime and filth off of your chassis. Some things can be pressure washed, some shouldn't. Scrape or wire brush off any corrosion you can. Then coat anything that could rust or corrode. Then start looking at components that are worn, such as rubber bushings, belts, and joints in the suspension. Change the fluids in the engine and drivetrain to refresh them, most owners never do. Engine oil and coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, rear diff, transfer case, front diff (if equipped with 4wd). Check the brakes and rotors for excessive wear. Change the spark plugs if they've never been done or have no history of it. Flush the power steering fluid etc. All things that will make your tundra last longer and run and drive great. The level and big wheels and tires can come later.

    An air compressor with a long spray nozzle and varoius brushes will enable you to crawl around under there and brush and blow dry crap off. You can get brushes for reciprocating saws and drills too if you would like to use power tools. Space might be an issue and you will probably find a drill extension helpful. Then, go after the grease and grime with a soap solution and a blow dry. Follow with a good auto frame coating and then rust prevention like Woolwax or Fluid Film for preservation. More labor than money if you DIY.
