I’m a little disappointed at the horrible alignment from new. I’m 3 weeks in and 3,800 miles, next week is gonna be a busy week, I don’t have time to stop the world and bring in the truck to be told it’s “in spec”. So I eyeballed it, Turned the tie rods a quarter turn out on each side, looks good, very slight toe in now. Test drive was great, not near as much wandering, wind didn’t push it around as much either. This will work for a few months, until I get my cornfed 2/1 lift on. I’ve got TRD PRO wheels ready, just need some tires, I’m thinking Toyo AT3 35x12.50R18. But still thinking.

Trucks been great otherwise, love the seating position.

I think there is a TSB for alignment where Toyota has changed the alignment specs from factory values. Might want to check the TSB sticky thread....

Disappointed with Factory tires. I had to buy new tires at 12,000 miles. My SR5 4x4 came with Falken Wildpeak and the fronts were wearing uneven on the outside. Checked everywhere I could, and factory tires do not come with wear warranty...

I should add something that I experienced but did not post before....on my 2023 1794 TRD: maneuvering in our driveway there is a tight right turn where at one spot I would hear a "click" from the suspension. I would never hear anything otherwise so just attributed it to the suspension shifting during the tight turn on rigid pavement (concrete driveway). Weeks later I took it to the dealer with the alignment TSB and a steering wheel offset in straight ahead driving. The dealer applied the new alignment specs. The driveway click went away and never came back. My suspicion is that something was loose in the front steering and they observed that and corrected it and didn't tell me either because it was not related to my complaint or didn't want to point out a factory defect.
Someone else on this forum had a similar experience but I've forgotten which thread that is on.
