So I initially wanted to install my icon extended travel coilovers, SPC arms and longer HD spindles myself with some help from a buddy with a shop and press. Got all the parts just waiting on him to have time.
I asked a local company that does quite a bit of work ( actually did my last alignment) for a quote and described what was needed. Was quoted $1200/8.5 hour job. If everything came apart ok...seems quite on the high side. What do y'all think? Really want the experience and enjoy working and learning on the truck but just getting impatient.

06 tundra. 4x4. Replacing factory spindles with a spacer on top with longer aftermarket that have new bearings already in. Hubs need pressed out of old spindles. Replacing factory UCA with SPC. Replacing factory coilovers with extended travel icon. Have new ball joints and seals for back of hubs. Then obviously an alignment.

To just replace my factory front shocks with 5100’s, reusing factory springs, I got quotes from $350 to over $600. I’d shop around.
