I've been researching 700lbs spring coilovers.
    Old man, Bilstein, eibach, fox.
Those are the ones I'm considering.

The primary reason for this heavy of a bumper is deer hits. I hit five deer in my Silverado last year with the same brand bumper. No damage.

Anyway of anyone has real world recommendations I would very much appreciate it.

The winch is otw so yeah need some stout front coilovers..

I don't personally have OME, but I've heart their heavy spring rate coils are very good, you could look into those

I run Eibach Stage 1 coilovers on the 3rd clip and they do a pretty decent job with my winch and front bumper, but I know yours is heavier than mine

I appreciate your advice. I'm seriously considering eibach. How much lift did you get vrs how much you expected?

You know with the additional weight up front.

That's one of my concerns. I believe there are many quality coilovers but I'm curious as to how much lift I'll actually get with the additional weight up front.

It wasn't a issue for the first day or two.
Now the message stating that I need to clean the sensor pops up often.

I'm searching for a permanent fix...

I enjoy my fox 2.5 fronts, adjusted for my ranch hand bumper.

Did you actually get 2.5 of lift up front?
And did you use 700lbs springs?

The shocks body is 2.5 diameter, it comes with 700lb springs, I'm currently at 3 to 3.125 of lift up front.

With adjustable coilovers you can lift an extra spin or two to counteract the heavy bumper.

I really appreciate your advice. I'm looking into the fox 2.5s.
I've had coilovers before but on lowered vehicles. Not lifted....
    Thanks again.

Check out Dobinsons, heavy duty springs. I can stand on my normal weights and the barely move. No heavy bumper for me, but they ride great. Plus they ship from FL
@crikeymike sells them and can offer guidance

I would look into fox more. They are extremely adjustable and re-buildable. You can tune them to whatever you like. All the others you stated have only 3 or 4 settings and that's it.

I’m currently away from my truck so I can’t measure for you, but I believe it got me damn near close to 3” on the top setting; I’m also using coachbuilder shims (2 driver, 1 passenger) mine you I’m running probably 170+ lbs on the front end, which is probably 100 ish lbs below you?

the fox adjustable Coilovers are a good idea, that way you could fine tune your feel and the height, although they are pricy if I remember right
