Have noticed a noise from the front of the truck. Noticeable when turning at lower speeds (parking lot , driveway, etc). Doesn't make the noise going straight

best way I can describe it is it sounds almost like a spring under tension. Seems like it is a rotational noise with the wheel or axle? I am going to grease my control arm bushings but wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue or any ideas where to look

I had a noise similar to what you described - It was the ball joint on my upper control arm that gave out and had to be replaced.

That'll be a ball joint. Is it a metallic "pop" sound like something is binding and then breaking loose?

I have aftermarket UCA with uniballs

    lca are original

doesn’t sound like a pop. More like a tension spring winding up
