2022 Platinum - I have this "chatter" sound that comes from both the front driver and passenger door anytime the truck hits a bump bigger than a pebble.

I took it to the dealer and had the service guy come on a ride along so they knew what I was talking about. They ordered new seals and replaced them today. However I think they replaced the seal around the window trim and not the outer one on the door.

Driving home - same chatter sound.

Anyone experience this and find a fix??

    Thanks in advance.

Yup... No fix from Toyota either. They are too stupid to do some basic troubleshooting these days so they just replaced the seals twice for the same results.
It's a bad design on Toyota... I've used thin weatherstrip between the frame and the gasket to thicken it and it helped a lot.

I'd like to add that j complained about this when I test drove the truck and I was promised a fix.
I now have 42k miles on the truck, and literally just spoke to Toyota (not the dealer) on Monday and they still claim they haven't heard of any noise issues.
I have a claim number but I'm out of warranty now so screwed either way because of they issue a fix one day, it will be a tsb and not a recall.

Do you have a photo of where you placed the weather strip and what size (thickness)?
