Frame replacement 2002 Tundra

I am having my frame replaced on my 2002 Tundra, 5VZ-FE engine, 6cyl Access cab.2 WD
I have the option of replacing parts without labor if I buy parts. What is the best make Rack & Pinion out there? The exhaust is hanging by "a thread" since the hangers are factory welded and rusted through. (Guess they didn't use stainless]. So what are the options for re-hanging the old exhaust ? Thanks gang. I am new here so take it easy on my stupidity. This truck is NOT a WORK truck. ...just light duty work for our garden... carrys a load once every couple years for mulch & stone. Much appreciated
