Hello my name is Jeff I'm looking for members that have rusted tundras that fell past the date of the last lawsuit! I have a 2007 Tundra that the frame rusted through after the had coated it 3 times...Need a hundred people to have a class action suit for the frames! As you well know Toyota structured the settlement to their advantage and a lot of trucks fell off the criteria and now have holes in the frame! I know there's thousands and thousands out there we only need 100 to start the class action suit... I'm looking into a lawyer that will handle this I just need a hundred people... Let me know what you think... If we get this going many of us will be covered with our frame...

Good luck. That said, Toyota has been great with their frame replacements and I think you are going to find this an up-hill battle.

Which generation are you looking for? Which years? Which models that "slipped through"? Going to need a lot more information in this post if you want to hit your goal.

Personally, I would probably just buy another truck.

Any chance we can get some pics of what you're dealing with in terms of your rust issues and maybe a few pics of the overall condition of the truck??

Also, just out of curiosity, how long have you owned it and where's it siting at in terms of mileage??

A model year 07 is now 18 years old. Good luck all things considered.

My 2008 tacoma was also inspected and deemed good, only to rust right as the "extended warrenty" expired. Toyota will do nothing. The new frame costs more money than the truck is worth. This is the 2nd tacoma we've owned that has ended up having a rusty frame becoming scrap. I love my truck but will never purchase another one.
