Hey guys, looking for some info from the fellas who have upgraded to PRO suspension on their trucks or anyone who knows how the Pro suspension is set up. Did y’all move existing bushings and cups from the OEM rear shocks over to the new PRO rears? Same order/orientation etc? Getting my game plan together for my swap. Thanks!

Here are the instructions for the Bilstein pro suspension. I know it’s not the same manufacturer but it’s the same process and same results.

it’s pretty straightforward. Swap your new coil overs in, use nothing but the hardware from the old coil overs. Same thing for the rear shocks.

My Fox 2.5 came with own cups, bushings, nuts. Only reused the lower mounting bolt.

I just installed the bilstein pro suspension on my truck. The only thing i had to modify, that isn't already mentioned, is to bend the ends of my skid plate. My plate on the trd offroad is much wider that the trd plate. The metal is really soft. I just used channel locks to bend it. My tires rubbed at full turn. 33" tires

Thanks a ton for the feedback fellas! I have read through the install instructions for the pro Bilstein suspension but just wasn’t sure if the cup and bushing orientation was the same. Just trying to be prepared or have parts on hand if I needed em. I’ve got a set of 285/75/18 ready to go on so thanks on the tips about the skid plate! I’ll post up some pics after then install.

Be sure to check the ABS sensor wires at full droop of the suspension. Mine seemed kind of tight and needed some adjustment.

I was able to get mine from Sparks a little while back. I think there were some folks that had issues ordering from them, but mine arrived in good shape and pretty fast.
