I have a SR5 TRD OR with premium package, Is there a way to keep the forward facing camera on? Specifically I will be pheasant hunting later in the year and we will be driving around in pastures and fields, I would like to be able to use the forward facing camera as well as the two mirror mounted ones if I needed to. Right now they turn off around eight to 10 MPH. Additionally the 360 camera that pans around the outside of the vehicle doesn't seem to have any options other than selecting the vehicles color, or selecting a POV shot vs an overhead. I am sure that I am overlooking something, or the more probable, that Toyota didn't give us the ability to do some of the stuff that I would like to because OMG WE MUST PROTECT THE IDIOTS FROM BEING IDIOTS. Any help with this information would be useful, thank you.

Like it or not, I'm 90% sure that it's a safety regulation. My wife's 2022 Chevy has 360 cameras and they turn off at the same speed. I doubt it's even possible, but if there did exist the ability to change it then it would only be via Techstream. However, I doubt that you can change it there either. Same reason why the auto start/stop can't be controlled in Techstream either...it's a regulated part of the design.

On the 360 camera...that's a common complaint. I don't know why you can't have more control over the view. I think it's safe to say that there are many Tundra owners out there hoping Toyota will add some more control via software update down the road.

Thank you, I'm not surprised at all sadly. I find it so frustrating that we have all this amazing tech available to us but can't use it because companies are afraid they will get sued when someone does something stupid with their product.
