Form Projector Headlights - Near New - $750

Nah, I like my oem leds.

 

I just installed these. So far they are great, the light output is excellent Just can't figure out the DRL part.

 

I hate those blinding headlights,they should be illegal I l8ke my OEM lights but that’s just me I’m old school

 

it all has to do with cutoff and quality, I agree 99% of aftermarket headlights and HID LED bulb upgrades suck it big time. But Properly done HID retros or factory LEDs can be major upgrade to the user without being a blinding annoyance to others on the road. now adding a higher than normal or a lifted truck can add to the annoyance factor.

But I love lighting and lighting upgrades, I had LS460 HID projectors in my 2nd gen housing that had the sharpest cutoff and were super wide, never blinded other drivers and were the best lights I had ever seen and ever had. I actually missed them when I did my 2020 sequoia LED upgrade

 

If they are aimed properly, they won’t blind oncoming traffic. These projectors need to be aimed lower than the OEM Halogens. When I first installed them, I had them aimed too high and had folks flashing at me for a week or so. After I aimed the cutoff line lower, I haven’t had a problem in the 1yr+ since.

 

Aimed properly? They should be illegal. If you can’t see with regular headlights you shouldn’t be allowed to drive
I drove cars with headlights that had bulbs in them and were changeable. Then they came out with hollegen headlights tat were brighter but you couldn’t touch the bare with you hand. Those were brighter but these headlights are dangerous. Is you need them that bright you should not be allowed to drive. They suck.if thats called progress then progress sucks. I had a 1969 GTO. The headlights were always crystal clear. When they got dirty you wiped them off with a rag. Today the plastic covers get foggy and you have to sand the and treat them with a chemical to hopefully get them clear again. Give me back my glass headlights

Love it when I get someone flashing brights at me because I have superior lighting products on both my trucks. One burst of a Ony6 light bar and a pair of LP6 pros shuts that shit down quick.

How about all the people that just can't drive to begin with? I bet if we got all those idiots off the road, there would be less problems. I can't remember the last time I had issues with someone's headlights when they didn't have their brights on. But man, every time im on the road there are multiple people who should probably have their licenses revoked. That is definitely the larger problem.

 

Also permits for baby’s

 

I mean…we could make IQ tests mandatory to receive a driver’s license?

or how about we perform IQ, EQ and cognitive testing before allowing folks to access the internet?
