For those with switch panels on a hybrid

    Looking for some opinions. Looking at adding a d-switch. I plan on running the positive wire to the battery. I’m wondering what your thoughts are with grounding it to the chassis, vs running the negative all the way back to the battery. I’ve seen people say shorter is better, and others saying running to the battery is always better. Thoughts?

    No winches or anything that pulls massive draw.

    1 dim backlight morimoto hxb big bangers
    2 ss18 grille
    3 ss18 bumper
    4 left bigbanger ditch light/2 bumper ss5 pros
    5 right big banger ditch light/2 ss5 pros
    6 ss6 left fog
    7 ss6 right fog
    8

    Ignition trigger - all back lights
    Parking light/night mode trigger - turn on fogs, dim bigbangers
    Red - high beams - turn on all lights

    This way I can tuck the controller away and not use it. Only use Bluetooth when need to change settings. My rock lights are wired with the diode bed light kit, so I don’t need to wire them in. And my rear lights are used by their plug and pay harnesses.
