Footwell lighting

Has anyone added any footwell lighting to their 3rd gen Tundra? I found the video link below which directed me to VLED lights which look to tap into the map light harness on the roof center console which is exactly what I'm looking for.

My question is: This youtuber has a 3rd gen Tacoma. Does anyone know if the map lighting harness is the same for the 3rd gen Tundra? If so, I could just follow the video? No response from VLED yet but I'm not sure if they would know the answer on the harnesses either. Thanks guys! Such an awesome group!

I was hoping VLED release something soon. This would be awesome upgrade for my SR5 interior that looks very dark.

 

This would be great if there was a plug and play harness for footwell lighting for the front and back. I don’t mind disassembling the interior to plug into the ceiling center console, but would prefer not to splice into the harness or add my own door switches etc. Yes, the SR5 is dark inside.
