I think I’ve come across this in the lighting thread.

I have one. Haven't gotten around to install. I think I bought the "anytime one" and bought an additional switch to fill my only remaining blank over next to the tow-haul button.

I mean seems a little over kill, for less work than it would take installing that you can swap a few wires around and have the same outcome with factory wiring.

Yeah, I agree with Jeff, this was an easy mod with factory wiring. Writeup is here on the forumns. I did it years ago, and love having the fogs on whenever I want them!

I've had this bookmarked for almost a year. I was kind of waiting for a real world review on it. Seems like it is a great solution.

Whatever this forum told me to do
    it's plug and play.

one easy connection to the battery.

taking the front grill off is about as hard as it gets...youtube video showed me how.

Another option that worked on my 2017.

Yeah that's why I bought it. Still need to install. Mine has a slight add'l level of complexity as I will need to fish wire through the firewall boot to install the dash switch.

I don't know why it's not legal in my state. I can have extra driving lights visible for miles on with highbeams but they better not be fog lights or it could be a ticket. So silly

Check the build link in my signature.
On a 2017 and older, that’s true. I did the Fast Eddie modification in my 2008 for years and it worked great.
On a 2018+ they changed things and the power to the fogs is direct now so going the “Fast Eddie” route will leave your fogs on all the time even if your truck is off (unless you turn off the high light switch every time).

The Bright Box (I have one installed) is basically a DPST relay in a waterproof box with OEM connectors in line to the fog lights and the high beams and a battery connector cable for power. When the low beams are on, the relay is off and the fog light power feeds through the NC position in the relay as normal. When the high beams are turned on, they power the relay on and power is fed to the fog lights from the battery power connector through the NO position in the relay. It’s a simple setup, but you’re paying for the plug-n-play aspect and nice tidy housing.

I don't have OEM fogs anymore but I run Pods that come on with my marker lights. I believe the fog light mod is the way.
