hi. thanks for getting back so quickly. i dont know the wattage and ive got the kit sort of half installed so a picture is not really possible but i can tell you this:
comes with a relay and a switch...the bulbs are connected by a wire along the front bumper and there's a switch connector spliced into that. the wire with the relay and the switch is meant to go through the firewall...it also has a thin green wire bare end which appears to be something to hook into the kick panel somewhere. this is an Amazon site photo of the included parts

i always associate green with ground as well but there doesnt seem to be any other source for power and there's a black neutral/ground wire on. the cable as well.

Yours looks a lot like the kit that I bought for my 2011. On closer inspection, I decided I didn’t like the LED bulbs, nor was I all that thrilled with using the supplied wiring harness since my truck is pre-wired.

So, I used the fog light housings, swapped in a pair of Lasfit LEDs (part of the Lasfit kit to replace high/low/fog bulbs), and have a relay and fog-enabled stalk arriving next week for an OEM-like install. I see your objective is to be able to run the fogs independently.

Did your kit come with this diagram ... if not maybe it’ll help?
