What could be a cause for the fog lights, amber driving lights and the top bulb in the tail lights not to be working? I have checked fuses but may have missed one. Anyone have any suggestions?

Check every fuse in the engine fuse box as well as the interior fuse box under the dash. From looking at wiring diagrams there is not just a common fuse between all three. You could have multiple bad fuses.
