A 2013 Sequoia popped up locally for a decent deal and I was considering upgrading my current 08 Sequoia. This one is a flex fuel though and I have been through some of the drama with my Tundra flex fuel system and all of it's issues. Does the Sequoia have the same problems? I don't know that I have seen anyone complain about it.

They are basically Tundra SUVs, same engines and such so I cant see how they would be any different. Much fewer of them sold however, so that might impact the frequency of issues seen.

    yes.
I briefly had a 2015 Sequoia flex fuel. Didn't have it during cold weather to know if it suffered the hard cranking starting issue but it was reading 85% alcohol and very high fuel trims. I reset it to zero and numbers jumped back up within 50 miles.

I had a flex 2017 Tundra and now a flex 2015 Sequoia, never had a problem. I also don't use flex fuel either.
