I put a 46 gallon TF tank under my 2012 Crewmax recently and it is very, very tight under there. I've been having some rough running issues and I'm wondering if it is at all possible that I have some of the lines swapped.

Before you call me an absolute fool, I do not think that the truck would run at all if any were crossed but it does and I'm just trying to rule stuff out.

Ran great at first, filled it up and it ran great until tank was almost empty. Started running rough so I pulled the tank again to check things out. Screen in bottom of tank was dirty. Part unavailable. Only $600 complete pump unit available. Screw that. Cleaned it up carefully.

Next, I buttoned it back up but did not mark lines. So frustrated that I didn't do that. Now it's running VERY rough but the weird thing is that it ran fine at first. About 30 miles later it's running very rough at times but not consistently.

There are 3 lines on a FFV pump, one black, one red, one blue. I have not been able to find any diagram at all of how they connect. All the same size with same connectors. Pump not marked either.

Once I rule this out I can figure out whether this is the known FFV pump issue or the other known vent issue with TF tanks. I'm almost ready to just put the factory tank back under it. I don't need a problem to worry about.
