    All,

I’m going to try to list a sequence here of how I got to the big red screen and blinking 4lo/4hi and constant ABS and traction control.

Last week I was on some rough terrain and roads. Driving many miles. At one point I stuck the truck in 4HI to go through a pretty muddy and squishy portion of a backroad. The underside got pretty drenched with water and mud too. As soon as we were on dry roads again, I took it out of 4HI and went to our cabin...

I parked it that night and two days later went to drive into town. On the rough 12 mile dirt road out, the traction control started blinking for no reason. Basically, I wasn’t spinning the wheels. It did this numerous times and eventually stayed on along with the ABS. When I got to black top, about 15 miles in, the screen you see now (photo) came on.

I was able to kill the truck and restart but the traction control and abs light would remain on. Numerous times, I would kill the truck and restart it and all the warning lights would clear.

Now... they are all on, and will not clear. I’ve also removed my battery cable to attempt to clear.

Of all the threads I’ve read on here describing this problem, most have eluded to a speed sensor. I have also taken each sensor out and cleaned them. I have also inspected all four sensor wires for breaks or smashed areas, good there.

I’m just trying to fix this myself as I don’t want to get raped by the dealer.

Also, I have taken it to Autozone and their code reader doesn’t read ABS codes and needs to be updated. At least that’s what they told me.

How can I fix this myself without throwing $$ at it?
