Flashing Airbag Light B0138 code. Help

Hello everyone, I am new to forum. I have a 2003 Tundra Access Cab and love it dearly. Also have an older cousin 01 Sequoia that I cant seem to bring myself to get rid of.


I am having trouble finding the fix for my flashing airbag light. The airbag module gives me the B0138 code which is "Short to battery (+) left hand pretensioner squib circuit.

I have had the module reset by "professionals" and had had the pretensioner checked. Both are allegedly good. Before I pull the dash and try to trace those two small wires from the pretensioner to the control module, does any else have any experience with this code? Or hopefully a fix...

 

Did you ever figure out the problem with your code B0138? I have the same year and model that you do and have the same code.
