For those that have done the flasher mod when running LED turn signal bulbs what were the resistors that you used? I followed someone's recommendation to use .5 ohm resistors from Digikey but that wasn't enough resistance. I'm using low resistance LED bulbs front and rear. I installed another set of .1 ohms resistors and it wasn't quite enough but close. I ended up grinding some off to get the to work. I would like to do it proper and thinking .13 ohms would work? Anyone who have successfully installed some resistors what did you end up using? Thanks

Here's what I posted on the other thread. That 16 months is now almost 3 years without issue.

I bought some 0.15ohm 2W resistors to do mine, but they got delayed in shipping. So I have some 0.15ohm 1W's in there currently and they're going strong on 16 months.

Thanks for the reply. OK so .15 ohms. Where did you buy them? Digikey only had .1 ohm resistors

I got the 1w ones from a surplus electrical store in Hillsboro, OR. I had to dig thru bins and climb ladders.

Amazon has 2w ones. I wish I was near my home shop and I'd send you some. I have (30)...

I've added the Amazon ones to my cart. Thanks for the offer on sending yours. I'm surprised that 1W would work. Thanks again for confirming.
