Hi all. So I sold my radio, shipped it, and buyer got it damaged. I don't know it got damaged, but it was perfect when it went in the box. The button that came off was the "mode" button and it's not where to be found. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do? Wifi antenna broke too :(

A little of this and a little of that.
    I’d make a shipping claim

A little of this and a little of that.

You didn’t insure it for the total value of the head unit?

Dumb self didn't think it through properly. I honestly thought it would turn up perfect I packed it good, idk if it was tempered during shipping because the button completely disappeared no where in the box was it found.

Reach out to the place you bought it from (Phoenix etc...) and see if you can buy a replacement knob. They probably have some inoperable units laying around they could steal from.
