Installed the FitcamX in my 23 yesterday. Purchased because I love the idea of the integration design and ease of use.

This thing doesn’t work! Powers up, connects to WiFi without issue, then shuts off after about 3 minutes and disconnects.

Contacted FitcamX and they are sending me a new unit (which is awesome customer service) but I’m still disappointed that this thing is buggy and basically DOA.

Has anyone else experienced the same issues with this camera?

I have one in my '21. The first one they sent looked like it had been previously returned; a couple of the mounting "tabs" were snapped off and missing. They sent a replacement without any questions and that has worked fine for over a year.
I actually prefer the FitcamX app/interface to the Garmin Minis I have in my wife and son's cars. Seems to connect quicker and more reliably, and is more intuitive to use.

Not a Tundra, but I installed a FitcamX in my Mazda a few months ago. No problems at all. Honestly, I tend to forget the thing is there since the mirror hides the camera in the CX-5.
