    Hello everyone,

Bought a 2025 Magnetic Grey Metallic, TRD Off Road, SR5, Double Cab, Regular Bed Tundra in December 2024. Didn't have any mod plans before buying really, just wanted to be able to go camping from time to time. Shortly after getting the truck I discovered this amazing forum and got a little paralyzed by all the things that people have done and all the possibilities for my truck.

Day 3 of owning the truck I took it on an 1800km round trip (in December) and fell slightly in love with it, it handled the conditions very well even on the stock tires and was extremely comfortable.

After getting back from that long road trip I went on another much shorter one, this time to my other halves family get together, we took her Corolla this time. After 3 days I come home to find my back window smashed and truck gone through! Just my luck, I lived at that address for 3 years parking my old truck in the exact spot with zero issues, Tundra didn't last a total of 7 days without an issue. (Had footage of the guy, went nowhere, thanks Canada).

$800 Canadian Pesos later and the window was fixed.

Onto the first "mod", I removed 60% of the backseat to gain more room, the space in the back of a double cab is nonexistent with the seat in there.

A couple weeks later the new brackets to mount a back rack from my previous truck on the Tundra arrived and I was able to install it finally.

This was the extent of the mods for a while as I got busy with work.

(Sorry for double pic in last post, not used to adding pics yet)

In the spring I took it camping for the first time, picked up a cheap tent that fits in the bed of the truck. Worked very well, not the most water proof but did what it was supposed to. Had a great time, took that setup out multiple times throughout the summer as well.

Would be nice if the straps were a bit longer, some of them were a bit awkward to try and secure.

Last month I was able to get a few more things done to the truck.

I installed AVS regular window visors, think I got them on them properly lol.

Also got the AJT oversized cupholder installed, so nice not to have to throw my water bottle on the passenger seat every day now.

Last week I installed some red vinyl on the front grille and the tailgate, wasn't sure how it would turn out but I'm liking the look so far.

Pictures aren't the best, this is from right after I applied it all, need to get some shots in the sunlight. (Hard to tell but the vent lines are red as well)

Looking for thoughts, not sure I like the white flag anymore, maybe swap to a red version, I'm afraid the flag red will be way to bright comparatively.

Need to get rid of the chrome now, going to try wrapping the pieces myself, any suggestions on suppliers in Canada, I seen on here that the MGM match is orcale 937 or something like that.

    Thanks,
    Fisher
