This isn't really for my benefit or need, but there's probably some value in it for someone

I was digging through the FSM and owners manual for S&G and was curious ... maybe folks with center-post or offset lifts at work or home or those who crawl or offroad more can answer.

Where are y'all with lifts using to jack up the truck? I know about the standard jack points below, I'm just curious about lifts specifically, since I may end up using one to do my suspension.

And on the trail or in the field, where maybe only a farm lift jack is worthwhile?

Neither Toyota source seems to offer insight of lifts and farm jacks, just bottle jacks and jackstands...

When I had access to a nice single post lift, we would always just get the pads on the frame

From the crossmember in front of the steering rack. Not by choice but necessity. Still just as sound as I’ve done it like 50 times over the last few years. One 3 ton floor jack will lift the entire front end. My point of choice is under the lower control arm though as it’s easier.

For newer trucks, the underside of the rear pumpkin is now a luxury for us. Not a typical jack point for Ford now.
