After years of wanting one I finally got a 2020 TRD sport premium, in the process of building it how I want.....

Which leads me to ask, has anyone dealt with Coachbuilder lately? I made a purchase, they charged my card but there has been zero contact. I emailed a follow up 5 days ago and still nothing.

I was counting on so of their parts for my build but are they completely shut down right now?

Welcome and congrats with the new truck! Great choice with the TRD Sport.
I don't have any coachbuilder experience, sorry. Hopefully someone will chime in.

i recently ordered a set of +2 shackles from David at Ekstrom Design. It took about 3-4 weeks before my order shipped and then i received it 2 days later. I too tried leaving messages through their website and email but with no luck. However, when i called, David always answered the phone and he always took the time to answer all my questions. He even helped me with the installation when i ran into issues. He runs a small shop and he is always very busy, but he always takes the time to answer phone calls...so, give him a call.

The shipping delay is my only complaint with the company. other than that, the product and the on phone support are superb. you will get you order. it is worth the wait :)

Even before the pandemic, I wanted to buy something from them. By the time I heard back from them my money was spent elsewhere.

Thanks for all the feedback, I'll give them a ring to check in. Below are my 305/55r20 waiting for the 6112 install and the "changing of the guard" photo with my old Titan.
