Member of Tacoma World for years. Had a 17 Tacoma sport modded a bit with lift/ rims/ tires/ prinsu/ lights and so on. 89,000 miles. Had 16,000 equity in it and had a trade at work come in. 22 tundra sport in army green so took the plunge. Got to say I freeking love the space and ride of the tundra. I’m know Tacomas pretty well but an FYI here come questions down the road on the tundra. lol.

I was in the same boat around 2 months ago. Had a 2021 trd pro Tacoma and it was just too small for the family and needs changed to where I needed a longer bed. Very happy I made the change and a recent 200 mile road trip was night and day between the two. So much room, more power, and no more downshifting and high revs. I loved my Tacoma but I love my tundra equally as much (maybe a little more). Welcome to the tundra forum! Really a shame that Toyota discontinued the army green color, what a great color!

Thanks. I loved my Tacoma but now know I will not go back after the tundra. Don’t want to do a lift on it but see the sport is lower in the front. Maybe a level kit. Not sure yet. Plan is to not mod it like the past Taco. Window tint/ window rain guards, bug deflector/ and little stuff like that.
