Not saying it is a good thing or bad thing but it looks like the FFV engines are not part of any 2020 tundras ordered on the gulf coast. I just thought it was interesting because I know all of the 2019 4wd tundras previous were. All the VINs on the dealer sites around my area have a Y for the 5th letter in the VIN which depicts non FFV. Don’t see a W vin anywhere on the coast for a 2020. Only thing I don’t really like is the non FFV having the 10k oil change interval recommendation.

Not according to the 2020 specs on Toyota’s website. I thought the same thing until I ran across the note in the picture. Apparently they are available in some states.

Correct. They also dropped the smaller engine. The non-FFV 5.7 is the only engine offered in the 2020 Tundra.

Use top notch oil within the brand you like, 10k under 'normal' (non-towing) is no problem for today's generation of full synthetic oils. Luck and enjoy those Toyotas. : ^ )))

You’re prolly reading too much into that. I could be wrong. I spent a week researching TRD Sport shocks because Toyota had them listed as 2WD only, as with all the dealers that sold these, only to find out it was a misprint that everybody ran with. confirmed this w corporate and bought me some.

I have to ? why manufacturers offer FFV vehicles in all states. In Texas I have only seen E85 once.

I haven’t paid attention to this. I just got a 2020 a few weeks ago and I’ve been fueling with ethanol free 93.

E85 is a flop for general consumer use. No loss there.
